• <h2><strong>Project Proposal:</strong></h2>
  I propose to study the Chilean Refugee Resettlement program of Syrian refugees in Macul and Villa Alemana on the outskirts of Santiago, Chile. In particular, I will examine the role of the Catholic Church as an important actor in refugee resettlement, particularly its ability to mobilize its resources and local constituencies to support resettlement and facilitate local integration.
