APPLICATIONS FOR A SIX WEEK PROGRAM AND STUDY TOUR ON NATIONAL SECURITY POLICY FOR 2014 AT THE INSTITUTE FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Study of the U.S. Institutes for Scholars, an intensive post graduate level academic programs with integrated study tours to provide foreign university faculty and other scholars the opportunity to deepen their understanding of U.S. society, culture, institutions and the foundations of U.S. national security policy and current threats have opened applications until Friday, October 25, 2013. The host institution will be the Institute for Training and Development (ITD) in Amherst, Massachusetts and the program will examine specific security issues such as twenty-first century defense requirements, counter terrorism strategies, energy security, economic stability, cyber security, chemical, biological weapons and infectious diseases. All participant costs will be covered including travel, ground transportation and housing.
